01 Description of the Service

Football Diary is a mobile reflection and self-development application for football players. The App enables users to:

• Log training sessions, matches, sleep, recovery and rehabilitation
• Set personal goals
• Track long-term progress
• Generate AI-powered performance reports

02 End User License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Football Diary for your personal, non-commercial use.

For users downloading the App through Apple’s App Store, this license is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control and as otherwise permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The App may also be accessed by other accounts associated with the purchaser through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where permitted by Apple.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except where permitted by law
• Use the App in any unlawful manner

03 Apple App Store Terms

If you obtained the App through Apple’s App Store:

• These Terms are concluded solely between you and Football Diary, and not with Apple Inc.
• Football Diary, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
• Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you.
• These Terms do not limit any rights you may have under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

04 Accounts and Registration

Some features, including AI reports and purchase restoration, require an account using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for activities under your account

You may delete your account at any time through the in-app settings.

05 Purchases, Subscriptions and Billing

Football Diary offers:

• A 14-day free trial
• A Basic one-time purchase
• Pro auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly, 6-Month and Annual)

Billing

Payments are processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your payment information.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the subscription expires.

Managing Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be managed through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the policies of Apple or Google.

For purchases made through Apple’s App Store, if the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) paid for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

06 User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within Football Diary.

This includes:

• Training logs
• Match logs
• Recovery information
• Sleep data
• Goals
• Notes
• Photos

Most of your data remains stored locally on your device.

When you request an AI-generated report, you authorize us to process only the relevant anonymised information necessary to generate the report using our servers and trusted third-party AI providers.

07 Medical Disclaimer

Football Diary includes tools for tracking fitness, sleep, recovery and injury rehabilitation.

• The App is not a medical device.
• The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
• Always consult an appropriately qualified physician, physiotherapist or healthcare professional before making medical or rehabilitation decisions.
• Any decisions you make based on information provided by the App are solely your responsibility.

08 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App unlawfully
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer or interfere with the App
• Abuse or overload our services
• Submit fraudulent or misleading information
• Circumvent subscription or payment systems

09 Maintenance and Support

Football Diary is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App where required by applicable law.

Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide maintenance or support services.

10 Warranty Disclaimer

Except where prohibited by law, the App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Football Diary is solely responsible for any warranties applicable to the App.

11 Product Claims

Football Diary, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including but not limited to:

• Product liability claims
• Claims that the App fails to comply with applicable laws or regulations
• Consumer protection claims
• Privacy claims

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.

12 Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, branding, graphics and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Football Diary and protected by intellectual property laws.

If any third party claims that the App infringes their intellectual property rights, Football Diary—not Apple—is solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling and resolving such claims.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Football Diary shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription during the twelve months preceding the claim.

14 Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo.
• You are not located in a country designated by the U.S. Government as supporting terrorism.
• You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

15 Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Apple Sign In
• Google Sign In
• Apple App Store
• Google Play
• RevenueCat
• Supabase
• OpenRouter AI providers

Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party agreements when using the App.

16 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, through in-app notification.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
